Strategy management is the process in which medium and long-term goals are individuated and set. Strengths and weaknesses of the organization, opportunities and threats are analyzed. In this process organizations plan the steps needed to reach their overall goals and monitor their implementation.

Strategy, in a fast-changing economic and political environment, could seem anachronistic, but in fact it is still fundamental to avoid that organizations become purely reactive to external inputs. They need also to set their own course.

The developing of a strategic plan starts with the vision, existing or newly declared, delves later into a detailed SWOT analysis. Our approach includes geostrategy, the study of geographical, political, cultural, technological and demographical evolving context in which organizations operate.
Some of the methods used in strategy advising include PEST  and scenario analysis; resource audits can be used for internal analysis.
